When you register to purchase the Bandrange indicator, we collect only the essential personal information required to facilitate indicator delivery, licensing records, and technical support:

• Full Legal Name: Used for customer account identification.
• TradingView Username / ID: Used to confirm setup environment and indicator licensing records.
• Phone Number: Used solely for transactional notifications and support coordination.
• Email Address: The primary channel where your Pine Script source code delivery package and verification updates are sent.
• Payment Transaction References (UTR): 12-digit bank reference IDs used strictly to verify your UPI transfer.

2. What We Never Collect or Store

We do not collect, process, or store sensitive banking credentials, credit or debit card numbers, CVVs, net-banking passwords, or UPI personal identification numbers (PINs). All UPI payments occur directly between your own banking application and the merchant bank account.

3. Public Order Privacy Protection

Our public order status lookups (accessible via unique, non-guessable references) automatically mask sensitive contact data (such as emails and phone numbers) to protect your identity from unauthorized third parties.

4. How We Use Your Data

Your data is utilized solely for fulfilling your purchase: verifying payment, transmitting the source code package to your email, and providing personal technical assistance between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to marketing third parties or ad brokers.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Order and audit records are preserved for accounting, licensing validation, and anti-fraud verification. If you wish to request deletion of your contact data from our active customer support directory, you may contact our support desk at any time.
