1. Nature of the Product
NIMIC Algo is an analytical visual indicator and mathematical volatility framework developed for use on TradingView (Pine Script v5). Purchasing NIMIC Algo grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the delivered source code for personal trading and chart analysis.
2. One-Time Payment Policy & Pricing
The purchase price of NIMIC Algo is USD $194.25. This is strictly a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees, hidden renewal charges, or periodic membership dues. Promotional codes, when validly applied at checkout, provide instant discounts on this standard fee.
Domestic payments are collected via the Unified Payments Interface (UPI) at the configured fixed exchange rate (₹18,500 INR or discounted amount). By completing registration, you agree to submit a valid UPI transaction reference (UTR) corresponding to the exact payable amount.
3. Payment Verification & Code Delivery
Because UPI transactions require administrative settlement verification, access to the source code is not instantaneous upon QR scanning. Our human administrators verify incoming credits against your submitted UTR reference during operational hours (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST). Upon administrative verification, your complete Pine Script source code will be sent via email within 2 hours directly to your registered email address.
4. Personal Assistance & Customer Support
Every purchase entitles the buyer to one-on-one personal installation and configuration assistance. Support is provided daily between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM IST through our configured support channels.
5. License Restrictions & Intellectual Property
While the complete uncompiled Pine Script source code is delivered for your inspection and customization, you may not redistribute, publicly resell, repackage, or distribute copies of the Bandrange code to third parties without prior written consent.
6. Refund Policy for Digital Source Code
Due to the unreturnable nature of uncompiled digital source code and custom one-on-one technical consultation once delivered, all sales are final upon code dispatch. If you encounter any technical issues with your installation, our support team will personally assist you until the indicator is properly loaded onto your charts.
